Is Spincess only for pole dancers?
Not at all. Our pieces are loved by pole dancers, ballerinas, aerialists, performers, content creators, and women who simply enjoy expressive movement fashion.

Spincess is an online-store based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

How do Spincess sizes fit?
Our sizing generally follows Asian sizing, which may run slightly smaller compared to US/EU sizing. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort and durability.

What if I’m between sizes?
We recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit and longer-lasting wear.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. You can select the custom size option and leave your measurements at checkout. Custom sizing usually takes 2-5 business days depending on order quantity.
Is the fabric stretchy?
Yes. Most Spincess pieces are designed with stretch fabrics suitable for movement, flexibility, and training.
Are the tops supportive?
Support level depends on the design. Many styles include removable padding. For larger bust sizes or intense tricks, we recommend checking product notes or contacting us for recommendations.
Are Spincess products squat-proof and movement-safe?
Most designs are created for dance movement and flexibility. However, coverage and compression may vary by style due to artistic design differences.
Ordering Online
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order enters production preparation or shipping processing, modifications may no longer be possible.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately with your correct shipping information.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it. Once the parcel has been dispatched, address changes may depend on the courier and destination country.
Where can I find the size guide?
Each product has its own detailed size chart on the product page because fit can vary depending on fabric and design.
Can I preorder sold-out items?
Some collections may reopen for preorder or limited restock depending on demand and fabric availability.
Our collections are often produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and reduce overproduction.
Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping timelines:
- Vietnam: 1-4 business days
- Asia: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-15 business days
- DHL Express: usually 2-5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal systems, weather conditions, and seasonal logistics demand.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
International tracking can occasionally pause during customs processing or while parcels are transferred between logistics partners.
This is normal for many international shipments. In most cases, the next update appears once the package reaches your country’s customs or local carrier facility.
Do I need to pay customs taxes or import duties?
Depending on your country, import taxes, VAT, or customs fees may apply upon arrival.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Spincess. Customs policies vary from country to country.
Our team works to ensure your order is processed in the most efficient way possible to minimise any duties on your end, helping you avoid or significantly reduce any import duties or taxes you may be required to pay upon receiving your package.
In most cases, our customers receive their orders without any additional tax charges, or with only a very minimal amount to settle.
My parcel says “customs clearance.” What does that mean?
This means your package is being reviewed by your country’s customs authority before entering domestic delivery.
Customs clearance timelines vary by country and can occasionally take several business days.
What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?
Parcels may be returned due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Unpaid customs fees
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed parcels
Reshipping fees may apply.
What shipping carriers does Spincess use?
Depending on destination, we may use:
- USPS
- Yun Express
- Regional logistics partners
Carrier selection depends on shipping destination, speed, and customs efficiency.
Why is international shipping expensive?
International shipping costs are heavily influenced by volumetric weight, package size, destination country, and logistics fuel surcharges. Larger orders may significantly increase shipping costs due to carrier calculations.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated for several days?
International tracking may pause while:
- The parcel is in transit between countries
- The shipment is under customs clearance
- Local carriers are processing the package
This is common with international logistics and does not necessarily mean the package is lost.
Why does customs clearance sometimes take longer?
Customs processing depends on your local country regulations, seasonal volume, national holidays, and inspection procedures. Unfortunately, this timeline is outside our control.
What happens if customs contacts me?
Some countries require customers to provide:
- Tax ID numbers
- Customs clearance numbers
- Import tax payments
- Identity verification
In some instances, your local Customs authority may contact you directly and request invoices, payment orders, or other documentation. Please do not share any documents with Customs before consulting with us first. Contact Spincess via Instagram or email so we can advise you on the correct course of action.

What happens if my package is returned due to failed delivery?
If a parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failure to pay customs fees
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed package
The reshipping cost may need to be covered by the customer.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
For international orders, return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of successful delivery.
For Vietnam orders, requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Requests submitted outside this period may not be eligible for support.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Hygienically clean
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we recommend trying items on over underwear.
Why are shipping fees non-refundable?
Shipping carriers complete the service once the parcel is dispatched, so shipping costs cannot be recovered.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days depending on your payment provider.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include:
- Order number
- Photos/videos
- Description of the issue
Our team will help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?
Parcels may be returned due to:
- Incorrect addresses

What items are not eligible for return or refund?
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Sizing dissatisfaction

- Items without original tags attached
Due to hygiene reasons, close-fitting dancewear must remain in original condition to qualify for return support.
Do you offer exchanges?
For international orders, we currently do not support direct exchanges due to the complexity of international two-way logistics.
If you would like another size or design:
- Place a new order
- Request a return for the original eligible item
- Once approved and inspected, your refund will be processed
For Vietnam orders, size exchanges may be supported within 3 days if the product remains eligible.
Who pays for international return shipping?
Customers are responsible for:
- Arranging return shipping
- Return shipping fees
- Customs duties and taxes related to the return shipment
Spincess does not currently provide prepaid international return label
Why should I contact Spincess before returning a package?
International returns involve customs declarations and import procedures into Vietnam.
Before sending any return, please contact our team first so we can guide you on:

This helps reduce the risk of customs complications or double taxation.
What is Spincess resale support?
Because international returns can be costly and time-consuming, Spincess may optionally help customers resell eligible items before initiating a return.
This may include:
- Reposting your item on Instagram Story
- Connecting interested buyers
- Community support assistance
This option is not guaranteed, but we are always happy to help where possible.
Why are your policies stricter than some fashion brands?
Spincess creates close-fitting movement garments that are:
- Highly personal in fit
- Sensitive in hygiene standards
- Expensive to ship internationally
- Produced in limited quantities
Unlike mass-produced fast fashion, many Spincess collections are made in smaller batches with detailed craftsmanship and specialized fabrics.

Garment Care
How should I wash my Spincess garments?
We recommend:
- Hand washing in cold water

- Gently squeezing excess water without twisting
- Air drying only
Please avoid machine drying, as high heat may damage elasticity, fabric texture, and garment structure.
Can I machine wash Spincess garments?
For best longevity, hand washing is strongly recommended.
If machine washing is necessary:
- Use a delicate laundry bag
- Select cold water only
- Use gentle cycle
- Avoid washing with towels, denim, or garments with zippers/hooks
Machine washing may gradually reduce fabric lifespan over time.
Can I tumble dry my garments?
No. High heat can damage:

Always air dry naturally.
Why does dance wear, training wear require extra care?
Our training outfits and movement garments experience:

- Wash immediately after intense sweat exposure

Delicate fabrics should always be treated carefully during training and washing.
Why is pilling or fabric wear normal over time?
Friction from:
- Pole equipment
- Studio floors

- Washing
May naturally create signs of wear over time. This is considered normal usage rather than a manufacturing defect.
Can grip products affect the fabric?
Yes. Some grip aids, powders, alcohol-based products, or adhesive products may gradually affect:
- Fabric finish
- Color
- Elasticity
- Softness
We recommend cleaning garments after heavy grip product use.
Is discoloration from sweat normal?
Natural body oils, sweat composition, deodorants, tanning products, and studio conditions may affect fabric over time.
To reduce discoloration:
- Wash garments soon after wear
- Avoid storing damp garments
- Avoid prolonged sweat exposure
Can colors vary slightly between collections?
Yes. Due to:

Slight variations in tone may naturally occur. This is especially common with soft pastel or specialty fabrics.
