Product Availability on Shopee

Order Value & Customs Limitations
For international Shopee orders, some countries enforce customs regulations or Shopee policies that limit the maximum order value.
As a result:
- A full set (top + bottom) may exceed the allowed value
- The item may become unavailable for purchase, even though it is in stock
Unfortunately, these limits are imposed by local customs and Shopee policies, and Spincess has no authority to override them.

Fit may vary slightly between designs due to fabric and sewing techniques. That’s why each polewear piece comes with its own specific size chart.

Can’t find your size? Select the Custom Size option and leave your exact measurements (bust, underbust, waist, hips) in the note section at checkout. Custom sizing takes about 1 - 3 business days, depending on your order quantity.

If there’s no response after that, you may proceed with the return. We’ll continue assisting you throughout the process.
II. SIZE & FIT
Size Responsibility
At Spincess, we provide detailed size charts, measurement guides, and fitting references to help you choose the most suitable size. However, final size selection is the customer’s responsibility.
Any size advice provided by Spincess (via website, Instagram, email, or messages) is for reference only and does not guarantee a perfect fit.
Why Fit May Vary
Fit can vary due to many factors, including but not limited to:
- Body proportions and shape
- Personal fit preference (tight vs. relaxed)
- Muscle tone, flexibility, and body composition
- Measurement method and accuracy
- Fabric stretch and design structure
- Intended use (training, performance, photoshoot, casual wear)
Because of these variables, a size chosen based on measurements or advice may still not fit as expected.
Sizing-Related Returns
For this reason:
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to sizing or fit issues
- We are not responsible for incorrect size selection, even if advice was given
- Items that have been worn, used for performance, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return
Customer Acknowledgement
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that:
- They understand the nature of fitted apparel
- They accept the risks related to size selection
- Sizing dissatisfaction is not considered a product defect
We strongly encourage reviewing the size chart carefully and contacting us before placing an order if you’re unsure.
III. EXCHANGE
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders due to the complexity of two-way international logistics.
If you’d like a different size or color:
- Please place a new order
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund the original purchase
IV. REFUND
Refunds are offered based on eligibility and assessment. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
General Refund Eligibility
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order
- The item(s) meet return eligibility requirements (if a return is required)
- The issue is reported with clear photos and/or videos for review
- The order has been fully delivered and confirmed
Refund With Return (Upto 100% Item Value)
A full refund may be issued if:
- The return request is approved
- Item(s) are returned unused, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Item(s) are free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned item(s) pass our quality inspection upon arrival
Refunds will be processed after inspection and returned to the original payment method. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Refund Without Return (Partial Refund)
A partial refund may be offered without requiring the item(s) to be returned if:
- The issue does not affect wearability
- Returning the item is not practical
- The case is deemed suitable after internal review
The refund percentage depends on:
- Type of issue
- Severity of the issue
- Our assessment on a case-by-case basis
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an update within 15 days
- Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If an item is returned with missing tags, stains, or odors that affect resale condition, a reasonable amount may be deducted from the refund.
Important Refund Notes
- Refund eligibility is assessed individually
- Refund decisions are final once confirmed
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
V. RETURN
You may return items if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Items are unused, unwashed, with tags attached
- Items are free from stains, odors, or damage
Items that don’t meet these conditions may be rejected.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return

- Select the specific item(s)
- Choose a return reason and add notes if needed
- Click “Request Return”
Your request will be reviewed within 3–5 working days.

Shipping Fees & Customs
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping
- Spincess does not provide return labels for international orders
- All return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes to Vietnam must be covered by the customer
- Please ensure the package is securely packed and delivered safely
We recommend checking with your local customs office before shipping.
Final Notes
- Refunds are based on the original purchase price
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery are not eligible

Refund and Return (VIETNAM)

CHÍNH SÁCH ĐỔI TRẢ SẢN PHẨM TẠI VIỆT NAM
Nàng được đổi trả miễn phí 100% trong các trường hợp sau:
- Spincess giao sai mẫu, sai size, hoặc sản phẩm sai màu so với đơn đã đặt
- Sản phẩm không đúng như cung cấp (sai lệch so với hình ảnh, phai/loang màu, in bong tróc, lỗi đường may,...)
- Lỗi của sản phẩm (đường may bị rách, vải bị ố màu,...)
Đối với trường hợp nàng đặt sai size, Spincess vẫn sẽ hỗ trợ đổi trả cho mình trong vòng 3 ngày kể từ khi nhận hàng. Trong trường hợp này, nàng vui lòng chịu phí ship 2 chiều và những phát sinh ngoài nếu có.
LƯU Ý: Đồ múa cột là sản phẩm nhạy cảm, mặc sát người - vì vậy, để đảm bảo vệ sinh và chất lượng sản phẩm, trước tiên Spincess sẽ chỉ nhận sản phẩm nàng đổi trả, sau khi tiến hành kiểm tra sản phẩm hoàn thành (trong thời gian 3-5 ngày làm việc), Spincess sẽ liên hệ đổi nàng sản phẩm mới.
Nếu sản phẩm có dấu hiệu mặc thử không đồ bảo hộ - bị ảnh hưởng tới chất lượng, Spincess sẽ liên hệ báo nàng % thiệt hại tương ứng hoặc từ chối đổi trả.

Spincess từ chối không đổi trả, không giải quyết trong những trường hợp sau:
- Quá 3 ngày từ khi giao thành công tới tay khách hàng
- Không có video mở hộp (video unboxing)
- Do cảm nhận cá nhân, muốn thay đổi quyết định mua hàng, do cảm quan
- Sản phẩm không còn nguyên tag
- Các sản phẩm sale, khuyến mãi, mua pass lại từ người khác (không mua trực tiếp từ Spincess)
- Sản phẩm đã qua sử dụng, giặt ủi, dính bẩn, có mùi, hư hỏng
- Spincess không chấp nhận việc trả hàng để lấy lại tiền mặt trong bất cứ trường hợp nào
- Không hỗ trợ với sản phẩm may đo riêng
Spincess xin phép không chịu trách nhiệm với lý do NHÂN VIÊN TƯ VẤN SAI, vì mỗi số đo đều có số đo 3 vòng cụ thể, việc lựa chọn size còn phụ thuộc vào số đo nàng cung cấp chính xác, form người, cảm giác mặc của mỗi khách hàng.

Phương thức trả hoặc đổi hàng đã mua
- Spincess sẽ đổi cho nàng sản phẩm khác tương tự, hoặc sản phẩm thay thế cho nàng (giá trị ngang bằng hoặc thấp hơn). Trong trường hợp sản phẩm đổi có giá trị cao hơn, khách hàng là người thanh toán khoản chênh lệch. Trong trường hợp sản phẩm đổi có giá trị thấp hơn, Spincess sẽ không hoàn lại tiền thừa. Trong trường hợp sản phẩm tương tự đã hết hàng, Spincess sẽ tiến hành hoàn trả tiền cho đơn hàng
- Cách thức hoàn tiền hoặc đổi sản phẩm: Spincess sẽ nhận sản phẩm về để kiểm tra, đảm bảo sản phẩm còn nguyên vẹn. Trong vòng 3-5 ngày kể khi Spincess nhận được, Spincess sẽ tiến hành liên hệ hoàn tiền/đổi sản phẩm cho nàng
Chi phí dịch vụ vận chuyển phát sinh trong quá trình đổi trả:
- Nếu do nhu cầu phát sinh từ phía nàng thì nàng chịu chi phí
- Nếu lỗi phát sinh do Spincess dẫn đến việc đổi trả thì chi phí do Spincess thanh toán
- Chỉ áp dụng đổi sản phẩm 1 lần / 1 đơn hàng
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY IN VIETNAM
You are eligible for a 100% free return or exchange in the following cases:
- Spincess delivered the wrong item, size, or color compared to your order
- The product does not match the provided description (e.g., significant differences from the images, color fading, peeling prints, stitching defects, etc.)
- The product has manufacturing defects (e.g., torn seams, fabric discoloration, etc.)
If you ordered the wrong size, Spincess will still support an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. In this case, you will need to cover both-way shipping costs and any additional incurred fees if applicable.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Since polewear is a sensitive, close-fitting product, to ensure hygiene and product quality, Spincess will first receive the returned item for inspection before sending a replacement.
If the item shows signs of being tried on without protective underwear or has quality concerns, Spincess will inform you of the corresponding damage percentage or reject the return/exchange request.
Spincess does not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- More than 3 days have passed since receiving the product
- No unboxing video is provided
- Return due to personal preference (e.g., changing your mind after purchase)
- The product no longer has its original tags
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
- Items from sales, promotions, or resold from another buyer (not purchased directly from Spincess)
- The product has been used, washed, stained, has odors, or is damaged
- Spincess does not accept returns for a cash refund under any circumstances
- The items' size are custom made
Spincess kindly clarifies that we are unable to take responsibility for issues arising from incorrect advice by our consultants.
Each size comes with specific measurements for bust, waist, and hips. Choosing the right size also depends on the accuracy of the measurements you provide, your body shape, and your personal fit preference.
Return & Exchange Process
- Spincess will exchange your item for a similar product, a replacement item, or provide a refund if the same product is out of stock
- Refunds or exchanges: Spincess will first inspect the returned item to ensure it remains in good condition. Within 5 business days of receiving the returned product, we will contact you regarding the exchange or refund process
Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
- If the return/exchange is due to customer preference or ordering mistakes, the customer covers the shipping fee
- If the return/exchange is due to Spincess’s mistake or product defects, Spincess will cover the shipping costs
