Pricing Disclaimer

Prices listed on Shopee may be 20 - 30% higher than our website prices.

This difference is due to:

  • Shopee platform fees
  • Shopee’s internal pricing policies
  • Campaign and voucher structures controlled by Shopee

These factors are decided by Shopee, and Spincess does not have full control over final pricing on the platform.

Please note:

  • Shopee automatically manages and routes chat conversations
  • Messages sent via Shopee Inbox may be delayed, auto-filtered, or inaccurately delivered
  • For Shopee International orders, we may not have the authority to reply directly via Shopee chat

Product Availability on Shopee

Some products may not appear or sync correctly on Shopee in certain countries. This is a known platform system issue (bug) and is not controlled by Spincess.

If your favorite product is missing:

  • Please report it to us via Instagram
  • We will work directly with Shopee to detect and resolve the issue

Order Value & Customs Limitations

For international Shopee orders, some countries enforce customs regulations or Shopee policies that limit the maximum order value.

As a result:

  • A full set (top + bottom) may exceed the allowed value
  • The item may become unavailable for purchase, even though it is in stock

Unfortunately, these limits are imposed by local customs and Shopee policies, and Spincess has no authority to override them.

Our Recommendation

If you encounter order limitations, we suggest:

Option 1: Split Your Orders

  • Place smaller orders separately (for example, top and bottom in separate checkouts)
  • Complete orders consecutively so we can recognize they are from the same customer
  • We will add our gift for you whenever possible 💖


Option 2: Order on Our Website

  • No Shopee pricing adjustment
  • No order value limitations
  • Full product availability
  • Direct customer support
