I. REQUEST TIMELINE

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and share clear photos/videos so we can assist you properly 💖

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • We cannot accept returns/refund for:
  • Size or fit dissatisfaction
  • Normal variations in color, fabric, or fit
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used for performance/photoshoots
  • Sale, promotional, custom, or personalized items
  • Gift Cards
  • Orders reported after 7 days of delivery

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund the original purchase

 

Process

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Before returning, we’re happy to support you with a resale option 💕

Resale Support (Optional)

We can help you try reselling your piece first:

  • We’ll post an IG Story and tag you
  • Please allow around 24 hours to see if someone contacts you directly

If there’s no response after that, you may proceed with the return. We’ll continue assisting you throughout the process.


II. SIZE & FIT

Size Responsibility

At Spincess, we provide detailed size charts, measurement guides, and fitting references to help you choose the most suitable size. However, final size selection is the customer’s responsibility.

Any size advice provided by Spincess (via website, Instagram, email, or messages) is for reference only and does not guarantee a perfect fit.


Why Fit May Vary

Fit can vary due to many factors, including but not limited to:

  • Body proportions and shape
  • Personal fit preference (tight vs. relaxed)
  • Muscle tone, flexibility, and body composition
  • Measurement method and accuracy
  • Fabric stretch and design structure
  • Intended use (training, performance, photoshoot, casual wear)

Because of these variables, a size chosen based on measurements or advice may still not fit as expected.


Sizing-Related Returns

For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to sizing or fit issues
  • We are not responsible for incorrect size selection, even if advice was given
  • Items that have been worn, used for performance, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return

Customer Acknowledgement

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that:

  • They understand the nature of fitted apparel
  • They accept the risks related to size selection
  • Sizing dissatisfaction is not considered a product defect

We strongly encourage reviewing the size chart carefully and contacting us before placing an order if you’re unsure.


III. EXCHANGE

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders due to the complexity of two-way international logistics.

If you’d like a different size or color:

  • Please place a new order
  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund the original purchase

IV. REFUND

Refunds are offered based on eligibility and assessment. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

General Refund Eligibility

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The item(s) meet return eligibility requirements (if a return is required)
  • The issue is reported with clear photos and/or videos for review
  • The order has been fully delivered and confirmed

Refund With Return (Upto 100% Item Value)

A full refund may be issued if:

  • The return request is approved
  • Item(s) are returned unused, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Item(s) are free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
  • Returned item(s) pass our quality inspection upon arrival

Refunds will be processed after inspection and returned to the original payment method. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


Refund Without Return (Partial Refund)

A partial refund may be offered without requiring the item(s) to be returned if:

  • The issue does not affect wearability
  • Returning the item is not practical
  • The case is deemed suitable after internal review

The refund percentage depends on:

  • Type of issue
  • Severity of the issue
  • Our assessment on a case-by-case basis

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an update within 15 days
  • Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If an item is returned with missing tags, stains, or odors that affect resale condition, a reasonable amount may be deducted from the refund.


Important Refund Notes

  • Refund eligibility is assessed individually
  • Refund decisions are final once confirmed
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

V. RETURN

You may return items if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items are unused, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Items are free from stains, odors, or damage

Items that don’t meet these conditions may be rejected.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account: https://spincess.store/
  2. Open the order you wish to return
  3. Select the specific item(s)
  4. Choose a return reason and add notes if needed
  5. Click “Request Return”

Your request will be reviewed within 3–5 working days.
After submitting, please inbox our official Instagram for further guidance.


Shipping Fees & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping
  • Spincess does not provide return labels for international orders
  • All return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes to Vietnam must be covered by the customer
  • Please ensure the package is securely packed and delivered safely

We recommend checking with your local customs office before shipping.


Final Notes

  • Refunds are based on the original purchase price
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery are not eligible
  • By placing an order, customers agree to this policy
