We hope you adore every Spincess piece you receive.
But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry - we’re here to help 💌

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. We can also support you by helping to resell the piece first 💕
We’ll post a story and tag you, and you can wait about 24 hours to see if anyone reaches out to you directly.

If there’s no contact after that, you may then proceed with the return. We’ll continue supporting you every step of the way.

Please review the following details before sending anything back.


1. When You Can Return

You’re welcome to return your order if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Items are unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and free from stains, odors, or damage.

Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected for a refund.


2. What Can’t Be Returned

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or promotional items.
  • Gift Cards.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and send photos and videos so we can make it right 💖

4. How to Return

  1. Log in to your Spincess account: https://spincess.store/
  2. Open the order you’d like to return.
  3. If your order includes multiple items, select the specific items you wish to return.
  4. Choose a return reason and add a note if needed.
  5. Click “Request Return.”

Your request will be reviewed within 3–5 working days. After requesting, please inbox our official Instagram to have guidance.

Note: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return delivery.
All shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes related to returning goods to Vietnam must be covered by the customer.


5. Shipping Fees & Customs

  • Spincess does not provide return labels for international orders.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the return package arrives safely.
  • Any customs duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment must be covered by the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before sending your return.


6. Exchange & Refund

Exchange
As much as we would truly love to offer exchanges for our international customers, unfortunately two-way international logistics are quite complicated. Therefore, at the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.
If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order - we’ll refund your original purchase once your return is received and approved.

Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an update within 15 days confirming approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
  • If an item is returned with missing tags, stains, or odors that affect resale condition, an appropriate amount may be deducted from the refund.

7. Important Notes

  • Refunds are based on the original purchase price.
  • Returns made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
