✾ How you gonna receive your parcel

Here’s some important info to keep things smooth:

  • Once your parcel arrives in your country and clears Customs, we’ll send you a tracking link in our next email.
  • If there’s anything you’d like to adjust or update with your order, please let us know right after receiving this email.

✾ Shipping Timeframes

  • Order Processing: Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after it's been placed (for custom order we will take extra 3-5 days depend on the quantity order)
  • Shipping Duration: The estimated shipping times for international orders may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures. On average, customers can expect their orders to arrive within:

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • Please note that customs clearance can sometimes expedite or slightly delay delivery by an additional 3-5 days. 
  • If you want to use express shipping (EMS), please contact our team as the shipping fee will depends on your location.
  • Delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered - it is at your risk and we cannot and will not refund pieces that are not in our possession.
  • Although we try to limit the extra tasks/fee as we can, the recipient will in-charge of any import duties and taxes from your country. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Vietnam and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc..) will be deducted from the refund.

Once your order has been shipped and in your country's custom clearance, we'll provide you a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your package as it makes its way to you.

To ensure your order reaches you promptly, please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address during the checkout process. Spincess is not responsible for orders delayed or misdirected due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

✾ Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections, natural disasters, or postal service disruptions. If you believe your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team, and we'll assist you in tracking down your package.

Depending on local regulations and customs thresholds, some customers may not incur additional import charges. If customs requires supporting documentation, our team will gladly provide the official store invoice and assist you through the process. 

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and local taxes are determined by your country’s customs authority and remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

We will promptly provide you with the official store invoice to ensure your clearance process is smooth and compliant with local regulations.

 

Our approach: All orders are shipped with commercial documentation prepared in accordance with applicable shipping and customs requirements.

Notice: Refusal to pay required customs charges may result in delays, return shipment, or package abandonment in accordance with the destination country’s customs policies.

Payment and International Transaction Fees


Mastercard & Visa Payments

When you choose to pay via Mastercard or Visa on the Spincess website, please be aware that a small additional fee may be applied to your transaction. This is an international transaction fee charged by your local bank or card issuer — it is not a fee collected by Spincess, and we do not receive any benefit from it. Some banks may also apply currency conversion or foreign exchange fees.

This charge is standard practice for cross-border payments and varies depending on your bank and country of residence. Import taxes and customs duties (if applicable) are not collected by Spincess during checkout unless otherwise stated.

ⓘ Please note: The international fee is applied directly by your bank. Spincess has no visibility over this charge and cannot refund or waive it. We recommend checking with your bank in advance if you are unsure whether this applies to your card.

 

Typical bank fees for international card payments

Most banks and card issuers apply a foreign transaction fee (also called a cross-border fee or international service assessment) when a payment is processed through a foreign merchant. For purchases made from Spincess - a Vietnam-based store - your bank may classify the transaction as international and apply this fee automatically.
