Import Tax & Customs Duties
Our Commitment
At Spincess, we understand that unexpected customs charges can be frustrating. Our team works to ensure your order is processed in the most efficient way possible to minimise any duties on your end, helping you avoid or significantly reduce any import duties or taxes you may be required to pay upon receiving your package.
In most cases, our customers receive their orders without any additional tax charges, or with only a very minimal amount to settle.
⚠ Important: In some instances, your local Customs authority may contact you directly and request invoices, payment orders, or other documentation. Please do not share any documents with Customs before consulting with us first. Contact Spincess via Instagram or email so we can advise you on the correct course of action.

If your local Customs office requests documentation or payment information, hold off on providing anything until you have spoken with us.

Payment & International Transaction Fees
Mastercard & Visa Payments
When you choose to pay via Mastercard or Visa on the Spincess website, please be aware that a small additional fee may be applied to your transaction. This is an international transaction fee charged by your local bank or card issuer — it is not a fee collected by Spincess, and we do not receive any benefit from it.
This charge is standard practice for cross-border payments and varies depending on your bank and country of residence.
ⓘ Please note: The international fee is applied directly by your bank. Spincess has no visibility over this charge and cannot refund or waive it. We recommend checking with your bank in advance if you are unsure whether this applies to your card.
Typical bank fees for international card payments
Most banks and card issuers apply a foreign transaction fee (also called a cross-border fee or international service assessment) when a payment is processed through a foreign merchant. For purchases made from Spincess - a Vietnam-based store - your bank may classify the transaction as international and apply this fee automatically.

Who charges it: Your local bank or card issuer
Does Spincess receive this?: No - goes entirely to your bank

Methods marked below may carry international transaction fees depending on your bank.
PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay may also apply their own conversion or transaction fees depending on your account settings and country. Please review terms with the respective provider.
