 How you gonna receive your parcel

Here’s some important info to keep things smooth:

  • Once your parcel arrives in your country and clears Customs, we’ll send you a tracking link in our next email.
  • To help you avoid high local tax fees, we declare all items at $1 USD (Asia) and low value as possible for other countries. If Customs Clearance asks for an invoice, please reach out to us—we’re here to help!
  • If there’s anything you’d like to adjust or update with your order, please let us know right after receiving this email.

 Shipping Timeframes

  • Order Processing: Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after it's been placed (for custom order we will take extra 3-5 days depend on the quantity order)
  • Shipping Duration: The estimated shipping times for international orders may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures. On average, customers can expect their orders to arrive within:
  • Asia: 7-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

 

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • Please note that customs clearance can sometimes expedite or slightly delay delivery by an additional 3-5 days. 
  • If you want to use express shipping (EMS), please contact our team as the shipping fee will depends on your location.
  • Delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered - it is at your risk and we cannot and will not refund pieces that are not in our possession.
  • Although we try to limit the extra tasks/fee as we can, the recipient will in-charge of any import duties and taxes from your country. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Vietnam and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc..) will be deducted from the refund.

 

 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped and in your country's custom clearance, we'll provide you a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your package as it makes its way to you.

 

 Customs and Duties

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your local regulations and we are not responsible for this matter.

 

 Address Accuracy

To ensure your order reaches you promptly, please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address during the checkout process. Spincess is not responsible for orders delayed or misdirected due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

 Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections, natural disasters, or postal service disruptions. If you believe your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team, and we'll assist you in tracking down your package.

At Spincess, we are committed to providing our customers with quality pole wear products and excellent service. To ensure a transparent and fair process, we have established the following return and exchange policy:

I. NO EXCHANGE, RETURN FOR

  • Personal reasons such as personal feelings, dissatisfaction, or a change of purchasing decision.
  • All items purchased on sale, promotion, not directly with Spincess or Spincess' Partners
  • No video record of unboxing video

II. THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS WRONG

In the event of receiving incorrect goods (wrong model, wrong size, missing parts, or missing products), we offer three resolution options:

  • Option 1: We will refund 100% of the value of the wrong item.
  • Option 2: We will send the correct items to compensate for the wrong ones at no additional cost (100% free).
  • Option 3: We will send you Gift card (same amount as originally purchased)

We will support and cover shipping for the first time an item is exchanged (1 exchange/per order)

We simply ask that the following requirements are met:

  • We gladly to support within 7 days of the order being delivered to the customer.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with the right barcode, with all the labels intact.
  • Items are clean (no hair, pet hair, or deodorant marks, etc.).
  • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • Items returned to us in a manner that is exactly as were delivered (folded, unwrinkled, etc).

We reserve the right to refuse returns or partially refund returns that do not meet these requirements.

Until the order has arrived, it is at your risk and we cannot and will not refund pieces that are not in our possession.

Refunds will be given for the price of the item, excluding the cost of delivery.

III. THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED!

For damaged clothes, the resolution will be determined based on the level of damage. Please reach out to us for assistance by contacting us on our fan page or sending an email to spincess.vn@gmail.com.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds do not include taxes or shipping fees in the customer's country.
  • For refunds without receiving the package, please visit your country's Customs Clearance Department to sign and approve the refund before Spincess can process it for you.
  • We only accept and resolve issues within 7 days from the date you receive the order.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your issue is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email/or chat. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10-15 working days after approval.

CHÍNH SÁCH ĐỔI TRẢ TẠI VIỆT NAM

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY IN VIETNAM (ENLISH BELOW) 

 

Nàng được đổi trả miễn phí 100% trong các trường hợp sau:

  • Spincess giao sai mẫu, sai size, hoặc sản phẩm sai màu so với đơn đã đặt
  • Sản phẩm không đúng như cung cấp (sai lệch so với hình ảnh, phai/loang màu, in bong tróc, lỗi đường may,...)
  • Lỗi của sản phẩm (đường may bị rách, vải bị ố màu,...)

Đối với trường hợp nàng đặt sai size, Spincess vẫn sẽ hỗ trợ đổi trả cho mình trong vòng 3 ngày kể từ khi nhận hàng. Trong trường hợp này, nàng vui lòng chịu phí ship 2 chiều và những phát sinh ngoài nếu có.

LƯU Ý: Đồ múa cột là sản phẩm nhạy cảm, mặc sát người - vì vậy, để đảm bảo vệ sinh và chất lượng sản phẩm, trước tiên Spincess sẽ chỉ nhận sản phẩm nàng đổi trả, sau khi tiến hành kiểm tra sản phẩm hoàn thành (trong thời gian 3-5 ngày làm việc), Spincess sẽ liên hệ đổi nàng sản phẩm mới. 

Nếu sản phẩm có dấu hiệu mặc thử không đồ bảo hộ - bị ảnh hưởng tới chất lượng, Spincess sẽ liên hệ báo nàng % thiệt hại tương ứng hoặc từ chối đổi trả.

Spincess từ chối không đổi trả, không giải quyết trong những trường hợp sau:

  • Quá 3 ngày từ khi giao thành công tới tay khách hàng
  • Không có video mở hộp (video unboxing)
  • Do cảm nhận cá nhân, muốn thay đổi quyết định mua hàng, do cảm quan
  • Sản phẩm không còn nguyên tag
  • Các sản phẩm sale, khuyến mãi, mua pass lại từ người khác (không mua trực tiếp từ Spincess)
  • Sản phẩm đã qua sử dụng, giặt ủi, dính bẩn, có mùi, hư hỏng
  • Spincess không chấp nhận việc trả hàng để lấy lại tiền mặt trong bất cứ trường hợp nào

Phương thức trả hoặc đổi hàng đã mua

  • Spincess sẽ đổi cho nàng sản phẩm khác tương tự, hoặc sản phẩm thay thế cho nàng (giá trị ngang bằng hoặc thấp hơn). Trong trường hợp sản phẩm đổi có giá trị cao hơn, khách hàng là người thanh toán khoản chênh lệch. Trong trường hợp sản phẩm tương tự đã hết hàng, Spincess sẽ tiến hành hoàn trả tiền cho đơn hàng
  • Cách thức hoàn tiền hoặc đổi sản phẩm: Spincess sẽ nhận sản phẩm về để kiểm tra, đảm bảo sản phẩm còn nguyên vẹn. Trong vòng 3-5 ngày kể khi Spincess nhận được, Spincess sẽ tiến hành liên hệ hoàn tiền/đổi sản phẩm cho nàng

Chi phí dịch vụ vận chuyển phát sinh trong quá trình đổi trả:

  • Nếu do nhu cầu phát sinh từ phía nàng thì nàng chịu chi phí
  • Nếu lỗi phát sinh do Spincess dẫn đến việc đổi trả thì chi phí do Spincess thanh toán
  • Chỉ áp dụng đổi sản phẩm 1 lần / 1 đơn hàng

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY IN VIETNAM

You are eligible for a 100% free return or exchange in the following cases:

  • Spincess delivered the wrong item, size, or color compared to your order
  • The product does not match the provided description (e.g., significant differences from the images, color fading, peeling prints, stitching defects, etc.)
  • The product has manufacturing defects (e.g., torn seams, fabric discoloration, etc.)

If you ordered the wrong size, Spincess will still support an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. In this case, you will need to cover both-way shipping costs and any additional incurred fees if applicable.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Since polewear is a sensitive, close-fitting product, to ensure hygiene and product quality, Spincess will first receive the returned item for inspection before sending a replacement.

If the item shows signs of being tried on without protective underwear or has quality concerns, Spincess will inform you of the corresponding damage percentage or reject the return/exchange request.


Spincess does not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • More than 3 days have passed since receiving the product
  • No unboxing video is provided
  • Return due to personal preference (e.g., changing your mind after purchase)
  • The product no longer has its original tags
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed
  • Items from sales, promotions, or resold from another buyer (not purchased directly from Spincess)
  • The product has been used, washed, stained, has odors, or is damaged
  • Spincess does not accept returns for a cash refund under any circumstances

Return & Exchange Process

  • Spincess will exchange your item for a similar product, a replacement item, or provide a refund if the same product is out of stock
  • Refunds or exchanges: Spincess will first inspect the returned item to ensure it remains in good condition. Within 5 days of receiving the returned product, we will contact you regarding the exchange or refund process

Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

  • If the return/exchange is due to customer preference or ordering mistakes, the customer covers the shipping fee
  • If the return/exchange is due to Spincess’s mistake or product defects, Spincess will cover the shipping costs
